Cancel My Trip

Plans change. Here is exactly how to cancel an RV Phoenix reservation and what our cancellation policy covers.

All cancellations must be made in writing — complete the cancellation form at www.CancelMyRV.com. Questions? Call 1-602-755-4808 and a real person will walk you through it, daily 8 AM–8 PM.

The cancellation terms in your signed rental agreement govern your reservation. Our current policy:

A reservation and security charge is required to reserve the RV. If you cancel your reservation we retain your security charge (deposit). All reservations canceled within ten (10) days of the scheduled departure date will be charged the full rental amount to the credit card on file. In addition, any rental fees paid prior to departure are non-refundable at any point. This reservation and security charge is not transferable or refundable. Reservation and security charges must be made using American Express, Visa, Discover, or Master Card.

Reservations over special event dates such as Country Thunder, EDC, NASCAR race weekends, and similar events require a security deposit set per event — $300 for most events and $500 for EDC — plus fifty percent (50%) of all rental fees at the time of booking and the remaining fifty percent (50%) at the time of your pickup. Special-event reservations are subject to a stricter cancellation policy: ALL payments made on a special-event reservation are non-refundable from the moment they are made. If a special-event reservation is cancelled at any time, for any reason, RV Phoenix, LLC retains every payment made together with the full security deposit attached to the reservation. The ten (10) day cancellation window above applies to standard reservations only and does not apply to special-event reservations. This reservation and security charge is not transferable or refundable.

All cancellations must be made in WRITING — to cancel click here. There are NO exemptions to the cancellation policy.
