RV Rental Pricing
How does our pricing work?
We charge by the weekend. Our weekend special allows for pick up as early as Thursday after 3:00 pm and dropoff Monday by 11:00 am. You can purchase additional weekdays (Mon Tues Wed Thur) after the weekend special at a flat daily rate. If your dates roll into another weekend we bill another weekend special regardless of your drop off date. All rentals are charged the minimum, weekend special rate regardless of the pick up day. All of our rentals are charged a $95 prep fee (part of the weekend special price) and any applicable taxes. All add-ons, loss of use waiver, and collision damage waiver are billed at a minimum of five days regardless of the pickup day. Any add-ons canceled within 10 days of the scheduled departure date will be billed in full. All website pricing includes a 5% cash payment discount.
EXAMPLE OF HOW OUR PRICING WORKS:
Anytime from Thursday 3:00 pm to Monday noon = Weekend Special Rate
Monday noon to Tuesday noon = eligible for extra day rate
Tuesday noon to Wednesday noon = eligible for extra day rate
Wednesday noon to Thursday noon = eligible for extra day rate
Anytime from Thursday 3:00 pm to Monday noon = Weekend Special Rate
Holiday Weekends

Special Events
We charge by the weekend. Special event weekend specials allows for pick up as early as Thursday after 3:00 pm and dropoff Monday by 11:00 am. You can purchase additional days after the weekend special at a flat daily rate. Special event pricing is based on demand for each event. All of our special event rentals are charged a $95 prep fee and applicable taxes. Please call for pricing for special events. All add-ons, loss of use waiver, and collision damage waiver are billed at a minimum of five days regardless of the pickup day. (list of special event weekends)

Mileage Rates
Our mileage rates only apply to motorized recreation vehicle rentals (motorhomes). The "Weekend Special" includes 400 free miles and each additional day rented includes an additional 100 miles free. After included miles are used mileage rates are applied as follows: .$0.37 cents per mile up to an additional 500 miles, then increase to $0.67 cents per mile up to an additional 500 miles then increase to $0.97, each subsequent 500-mile increment increases at a rate of 30 cents per 500 additional miles.
