3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
How you opt in. When you submit a reservation request on our booking form, you may check a separate consent checkbox indicating you agree to receive SMS text messages from RV Phoenix LLC related to your rental. Providing your mobile number and checking that box constitutes your express written consent to receive SMS from us.
What we send. Messages are transactional and customer-service oriented and may include reservation confirmations, pickup and return reminders, balance-due notices, vehicle pickup instructions, and responses to your inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the status of your rental. You may receive several messages per rental cycle.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RV Phoenix is not responsible for any such charges.
How you opt out. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you opt out, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send further SMS unless you opt in again. You may reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us using the information at the bottom of this policy.
No sale or sharing of mobile information for marketing. The mobile information (including your phone number) we collect in connection with our SMS program will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information we share with subcontractors is limited to what those subcontractors need to support our messaging program (for example, our SMS delivery provider) and only for that purpose. This includes mobile opt-in information and SMS consent.
Supported carriers. Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
